Using this website
By using Before Dawn or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.
Orders and availability
Product descriptions, prices, offers, stock and delivery estimates may change before an order is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, fraud is suspected or the delivery address cannot be serviced. Any eligible payment already received will be refunded.
Delivery and digital access
Physical products are delivered to the address entered at checkout. Risk passes to the customer on delivery. Digital course access is personal, non-transferable and must not be copied, resold or shared unless written permission is provided.
Website and course content
All website content, branding, product material and course material remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorised copying, scraping, resale or commercial use is prohibited.
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Before Dawn is not responsible for indirect loss or delays outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and applicable disputes will be handled by the courts with lawful jurisdiction.
