Cancellation Policy
When an order can be cancelled and what happens next.
Before dispatch
You may request cancellation of a physical-product order before it has been dispatched. Before Dawn will try to stop fulfilment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once packing or shipping has started.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the refund will be sent to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times may apply. Cash-on-delivery orders that have already shipped may need to be refused at delivery, and repeated refusals may affect future orders.
Digital products and bundles
A digital course cannot be cancelled after its access email or private link has been issued, except where access cannot be provided or applicable law requires otherwise. For a bundle containing a physical product and digital course, digital access and the physical item may have different cancellation eligibility.
